Returns and Refund Policy

How to get a refund or exchange your Jesshop purchase:

Return & Exchange Window:

You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange, as long as it meets our return criteria.

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: Received the wrong item or a damaged one? Contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the unboxing process as proof.
  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Request: Initiate your return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product. Submit a Return/Exchange Request with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos/videos demonstrating any faults or damage.

Return Process:

  1. Submit your Return/Exchange Request.
  2. We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s approved. Don’t return anything without approval.
  3. Upon approval, we’ll arrange a free pickup through our courier partner.
  4. Once the item arrives at our/ vendors’ warehouse and passes the quality control (QC) inspection confirming it meets our return criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, and free from deliberate damage), we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return/exchange is approved.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Footwear: Socks, sliders, clogs, slippers, and flip-flops.
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion.
  • Non-Physical Goods: Gift cards and gift coupons.
  • Customized Goods: Print-on-demand items.
  • Damaged Goods (Exclusion): Items exhibiting evidence of deliberate damage.
  • Late Returns: Items returned more than seven (7) calendar days following the documented delivery date.
  • Delivery Issues (Recipient-Caused): Items experiencing delivery delays due to inaccurate recipient information (phone number or address).

Exchanges:

Want a different item? Return your original purchase first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within fourteen (7) business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via your chosen payment method during the return process.
  • In case of delays, you will be notified and provided an updated timeframe.

Force Majeure:

jesshop is not liable for product damage or shipping delays due to events beyond our control like epidemics, conflicts, strikes, natural disasters, or customs inspections. We’ll do our best to notify affected customers through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
