Returns Process:
- Return Eligibility: You can initiate a return within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return process, kindly send an email to us at with your order details, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs, if applicable. We will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.
Eligibility for Returns
For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is completely different from ordered
- The product is damaged
- Return should be placed within 5 days of delivery
- Items should be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
- The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.
Return Procedure
Here’s how our return process works:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at call at 9354518944 (Mon-Sun: 10am – 6pm) within the 5-day return window. Ensure to include your order number, reason and bank account details for return on call.
- We accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products only.
- For the return process, we may require an uncut, 360-degree unboxing video.
- We are happy to offer free return shipping within India for your convenience. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate a return, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving your return request, we will provide return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the payment method you have mentioned us in the email.
- A money refund is the actual return of the agreed refund amount back to the credit card used in making the payment.
- Ones We Received The Returned Item And Verify its Condition We Will Process The Refund.
Size-Related Exchanges
- If you encounter any size-related issues with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. However, please note that for exchanges due to size issues, customers may be responsible for covering the shipping fee. The shipping charge will be determined based on your location and the weight/dimensions of the item being returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been personalized or customized are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
